You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tesify in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Academic Integrity Statement. Breach may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Plans and Pricing

Free and paid plans available. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from account settings.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers resident in the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you have expressly waived this by requesting immediate access. Contact support@tesify.app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jecrs687 is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or academic failure. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. You may close your account at any time — content deleted within 30 days.
